OUR STORY
Behind the Doctor are Christos and Athina. Two young siblings with a deep love, knowledge, and passion for good food. With roots in Epirus, they want to honour that heritage through the meats, the look of the place, and of course the music. Always at the grill house, they welcome you with the warmest smile, a friendly spirit, and a readiness to help with whatever you need. Ask them their secret and they'll tell you what sets them apart is the care they put into what they do — and that they leave nothing to chance, because they want everything to pass through their hands and eyes, so they can offer you a unique taste experience.

FLAVOURS
Kontosouvli, kokoretsi, lamb chops and crispy pork crackling, with goat feta and tsalafouti from Epirus. The meats are chosen from small farms and prepared daily in our workshop; the vegetables arrive every day from the central produce market.
